Days of preparation go into every event held on board and everything is considered from the fresh flowers and outstanding entertainers to gleaming silver cutlery and personalised menus bearing Britannia’s crest. All food, including canapés and petits fours, is freshly prepared in the Royal Galley led by Britannia’s Executive Chef Mark Alston and using the finest ingredients.
